Priority Health Group is a private billing practice where individual doctors may have different billing policies. Our standard fee schedule is available at reception for your reference.
We process payments through Tyro integrated billing, offering most patients an instant Medicare claim refund.
Doctor Billing Policies:
Dr Varsani, Dr Spencer, Dr Long, and Dr Goss – DO NOT Bulk bill.
Dr David bulk bills only:
Pension card holders
DVA card holders
Healthcare card holders
Children under the age of 16yrs
Please note: New patients are not bulk billed for initial consultations.
Standard Appointment Fees:
Monday to Friday: $65 (OPC)
Public Holidays: $75 (OPC)
If your visit requires the use of our treatment or procedure rooms, additional fees may apply. These charges are typically based on a fixed fee or time, depending on the treatment needed. Any additional fees will be discussed with you prior to your treatment
Private vaccines and any medications administered during your visit will be charged according to our fee schedule.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
As a courtesy to the doctor and other patients of the practice, please advise the practice at least 2 hours before if you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Did not attend (DNA) and missed appointments without explanation may result in a non-attendance fee, which is non-refundable by Medicare.
